Wilson's Creek Artillary Program

Me my brother, and my Dad went to Wilson's Creek a few days ago and went to see their artillery program. It was AMAZING!! At first they had a speaker come and talk to us about the types of artillery they had in the Civil War, and then showed what, or how they loaded the cannon. Then at the end they got ready to fire then the one of the men who was getting the cannon loaded he said ready!...... FIRE!! Then BOOM!!!!! It was loud! And then the speaker said "...And that was only a half charge." Just think how loud it would of been if they were shooting the full thing! Well if you ever have the time to come and see it I would recommend you to go see it. It is some thing for the whole family to enjoy.

Me and my Brother's Dream About Hunting

Wow. It would be so cool to go hunting with me, my Dad, and my Brother to go hunting and to just have some fun in the great out doors. Me and my Brother are crazy about going hunting. Well I hope that that dream will come true hopefully some day.

Wild West Days

Well yesterday the 8th grade for our last days of school did Wild West Days. It was a fun and exiting time. We got to make old fashion ice cream, fish for crawdads, do tug-a-war, and eat apples with Carmel on them (yum!) We also had two contests one was most authentic lunch and the other was the person who dressed up the most as they did during the old west. Well I tied with my friend Phillip for both contests! That was a very fun time.

Civil War Reenacting

I would love to be in civil war reenacting. I mean how often do you get to preserve history and then also get to have fun, and making new friends? I love reading and studying about the Civil War as you already know, but being in civil war reenacting you get to be in at sort of what the troops back then were facing. So I do hope that some day I will be able to be in civil war reenacting.

The Civil War

The Civil War was a huge turning point or change in American history. The Civil War was a war of Americans fighting Americans. I am very fasinated about the Civil War. Ever sence I was in the Fourth grade I all was liked learning about the Civil War. I know all sorts of things about the Civil War. When I grow up enough and get the money I would like to be a Civil War reenactor. Well I hope that dream comes true.
